I came home to these wonderful flowers from the directors and everyone at Slimming World celebrating my 10th anniversary, my favourite colours too 🥰

I absolutely love what I do and feel so lucky to be part of the Slimming World family 💖

It might not be everyone's tasted but smoked mackerel is a brilliant source of Omega-3 fatty acids which can help with heart and brain health. It's also rich in protein (keeping you full for longer) and essential nutrients like selenium vitamin D and b12! And the grated cheese and salad bring even MORE nutritional benefits 😁

So enjoying this bowl full of delicious goodness in the sunshine in not only good for my weight but all round health too 💖

Had such a lovely morning out just the two of us today 🤗 And being child free meant we could do a good long walk too (without stopping every 5 seconds to look at bugs, climb trees etc 😅)

🥭 Who loves a mango? 🥭 Did you know if you get a decent one you can eat the skin too?! I know they cost a bit more (I get mine from Peacocks deli in Boxgrove) BUT there's much less waste.
