I’ve got some really exciting events coming up over the festive period.

Wednesday Dec 17th - Christmas yoga and gathering at QEP 7pm - £12

Sunday Dec 21st - Winter solstice - Carols by candlelight yoga class - £15

Tuesday Dec 23rd - additional yoga class at QEP (will run all levels and vinyasa if enough takers, so let me know if you’d like to attend. Otherwise, one all levels class) £12

Sunday Dec 28th - vinyasa at Hip studio as normal 6-7:15pm £12

Thursday 1st Jan - intention setting and yoga at Hip studio 3-4:30 £20

If you haven’t been to yoga for a while, tonight would be a perfect class to join. I have lots of beginners and new people this evening, so a perfect time to reset and try again! If I haven’t seen you for more than a year, you can use the first class for a fiver booking option 💜

All levels 6-7pm QE Park, Stoughton.

Vinyasa 7:30pm-8:45pm both in person and online QEP (if you come to all levels usually and feel strong at the moment, why not come and try vinyasa this evening!)
