As many of you know—whether you’ve come to me as a patient or supported me as a friend—my passion has always gone beyond simply helping people recover from pain and injury. For me, it’s about building bodies that are strong, mobile, resilient, and able to truly enjoy life.

For a long time, I’ve held a vision of creating a space that gently bridges the gap between hands-on clinical treatment and mindful, empowering movement. A place where rehabilitation meets strength, and where care continues long after the treatment room.

For so long so many of my friends have told me to look in this direction but I didn’t think it was doable or even the right direction for me.. Until Now.. 🫶

Today, with so much pride (and a very full heart), I’m excited to finally share that vision with you.

Welcome to Studio W — my brand-new boutique Reformer Pilates and wellbeing studio in Stoughton. Alongside Reformer Pilates, Studio W will also be home to Mat Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and Rehabilitation, all delivered with the same care, intention, and attention to detail you know from GW Osteopathy.

I also want to take a moment to thank my business manager Jenny for all her support and time spent with me making this happen. Also to the incredible team of instructors who have joined me on this journey. I feel so grateful to be surrounded by such talented, passionate, and like-minded people, and I truly can’t wait to work alongside you all. Your energy, expertise, and care are a huge part of what will make Studio W such a special place, and I’m so excited for what we’re about to build together.
