Yoga, Reiki and Sound workshop 💫

Sunday 11th June - 3pm - 5pm at Durham House studio Farnham
Yoga, Sound & Reiki workshop £40pp
Join Lucy and Simi for this magical offering of gentle movement, Sound and Reiki healing.

We will start our afternoon together with gentle intuitive yoga flow to help open and relax our bodies through mindful movement.

After our slow flow together you will be invited to open your heart space through Metta practice (loving-kindness meditation ) and gentle Apa japa ( breath awareness ) which will lull you into a deeply relaxing space where you can fully receive and enjoy your inner journey through sound healing and Reiki.

This workshop will leave you with a sense of balance and peace as Lucy’s and Simi’s intention will be to cultivate the energy of compassion, kindness and deeper acceptance for ourselves and everyone else around us.
