What a way to start the week!!

Dear Stuart, Abby and Emma,

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to each of you for the exceptional care and support you provided both before and during our mums funeral. Your kindness, compassion, and professionalism have been a true comfort to us in this very difficult time, and we are so incredibly grateful.

The warmth of your words and kindness over the phone and in person have meant so much to us. Stuart, your suggestion for the walk of honour to our family home was a deeply thoughtful touch, demonstrating your incredible attention to detail.

The funeral was a beautiful celebration of mums life, and we sincerely appreciate the care, thoughtfulness, and dedication you and your team brought to the day. Your guidance and support were invaluable to us, and we will always remember the sensitivity with which you carried out your role.

It takes extraordinary empathy, compassion and understanding to do the work that you do, and each of you embodies these qualities wholeheartedly. You truly deserve recognition for the immense heart you bring to your profession.
