Today I completed a Fire Cupping Therapy course 🔥

As a massage therapist, I’m always striving to expand my skills and offer a wider range of effective treatments to help my clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and release tension.
I’ve been practicing dry cupping for the past 6 years, and I’m proud to take this next step in deepening my knowledge.

I’m truly excited to start integrating fire cupping into my practice and can’t wait to see the benefits it will bring to those who trust me with their care.

A huge thank you to our trainer - Joseph O'Dwyer, for such an incredible course – the knowledge shared was invaluable, and the way it was delivered made the learning experience even more inspiring.

I also had the pleasure of training alongside an amazing group of therapists today – such inspiring people! Sharing knowledge and connecting with others in the field is one of the best parts of this journey.

🌳✨ Finding My Center Among the Trees ✨🌳
Lately, my favorite place has been the forest. Among the trees, I feel most at home, most grounded, most connected. There’s something profound about touching a tree, feeling its bark, leaning into it, and sensing that its energy flows into us as much as ours flows into it.
We are part of nature, yet so often we’ve become disconnected—from the earth beneath our feet, from the rhythm of the seasons, from the quiet presence of life around us. Trees remind us of this connection. Their roots reach deep into the soil, their branches stretch to the sky, and their energy flows like a steady, calming current we can tap into.
Being near trees reduces stress, strengthens the immune system, and balances the nervous system. Simply standing under a canopy, breathing slowly, and grounding ourselves through our feet can restore clarity and calm. Trees share their strength and patience, teaching us to be present, resilient, and rooted.
When I walk barefoot through the forest, when I lean into a tree or wrap my arms around it, I feel a deep healing energy—a sense of unity and peace that reconnects me to the earth and to myself. There’s a rhythm to the forest that aligns with our own breath, reminding us that we belong here, that we are not separate from the world around us.
I invite you to step into the forest, touch a tree, feel its presence, and breathe with it. Slow down. Let yourself reconnect. Let the energy of the trees guide you back to your own calm, your own balance, and your own vitality. 🌿💛

This room means a lot to me. It’s the place where every session begins and where I prepare to welcome my client.
Before each appointment, I take a moment to create the best possible atmosphere – calm, comfortable, and welcoming. When my client arrives, their needs, comfort, and satisfaction become my top priority.
I truly understand how valuable this time is. In the middle of busy days and responsibilities, someone chooses to dedicate this moment to themselves. Because of that, I always give my full attention and energy.
My goal is simple: that after our session, every person leaves feeling relaxed, satisfied, and happy they took this time for themselves.

Pregnancy massage is truly one of my most loved treatments (right after deep tissue). 💆‍♀️✨
Seeing how much relief it brings to an expecting mum is incredibly special. During pregnancy the body carries so much tension, stress and change — this massage helps release tight muscles, ease discomfort and create a moment of deep relaxation.
It’s also a beautiful moment just for her — a pause before the magical and important journey of becoming a mum, and before the very first precious weeks with her baby. 🤍
This treatment is always so appreciated, because it brings both physical relief and emotional calm to the mum-to-be. And every mother deserves that moment of care for herself. 🌿

I have a strong connection to nature, and I only use natural, high-quality products in my sessions – the kind that come directly from the Earth. I truly believe that nature provides everything we need, and that’s what I bring into my therapy.
Spending time outdoors is very important to me, and I carry that sense of calm, balance, and natural energy into every session. Combined with my strong, mindful hands, my goal is always to help you leave feeling completely free of pain, deeply relaxed, and renewed – a better version of yourself.
