Happy 1st Birthday to the NHS Surrey Diabetic Eye Screening Programme! 🎂

Last April , we launched our dedicated service to provide essential eye screenings for people with diabetes (aged 12+) across Surrey.

✅ Detecting eye changes early to prevent sight loss.
✅ Providing friendly, expert care in local communities.
✅ Supporting patients in managing their long-term eye health.

A huge thank you to our hardworking team and the community for making this first year a success!
