Today’s challenge: Have a healthy, filling breakfast to set you up for success!

I tend to use my healthy B in the morning…I am guilty of having the same breakfast most days 🙈 mornings are busy in our house so not having to think about it helps sets me up for the day ahead!

Overnight oats or granola with always stacks of Greek yoghurt and berries are always my go to 😋
