Breakfast smoothies for the kids 💛🧡

Did you know?…
When a fruit is pureed, cooked or juiced it will holds a syn value? This is purely because it becomes less filling, less bulky and much easier to over consume. 🍎🍌🍓🍇🍊🫐

I personally prefer my fruit whole, but if the girls ask to make a breakfast smoothie I am absolutely more than happy to obliged 😍

Friday night dinner…This is a huge favourite in our house 😍

Really easy one pan family dinner 🥘 delicious and saves on washing up…what’s not to love.

Totally on plan plus I add a whole pack of mushrooms in to up my speed food 💪

Served with a lovely side salad…perfect! 😍

Baking with my little lady 🩷

I LOVE being in the kitchen with my kids and teaching them about food and how to use food. (Slightly easier when there’s just one to focus on 😅)

Today we are making courgette cake (yes I said cake 🙊)

Believe it or not, nothing is banned here at SW and you can absolutely enjoy cake within your syns and still lose weight…I know right!? 🤯

Decide them, stick to them and enjoy them ❤️
