Julien took over the company in 2004 and since then has kept the company true to his parents’ exceptionally high standards of care. The company now owns and operates five Galleon Care Homes and two Titleworth Neuro units, and In 2014 Titleworth healthcare proudly celebrated 35 years of providing professional care services across Surrey and East Sussex.
