That’s not how Grow and Glow works.

Grow and Glow is a free weekly peer support group for women in Guildford.
There’s no referral and no waiting list.
No pressure to share.

Grow and Glow meets every Wednesday evening for women who want a place that feels human, not clinical, and not overwhelming.

There is structure.
There is space.
There is no expectation.

You can come once.
You can keep coming back.
Both are okay.

Free to attend. Women aged 18+.

We run groups in multiple locations.

We’re back this week 🫶🏻 and we’re also launching our first Grow and Glow group outside of Surrey.

Grow and Glow sessions return this Wednesday.

If January feels like a lot, you’re welcome exactly as you are. And if you’ve been thinking about joining us for a while but haven’t been sure, this could be your sign that it’s okay to come along.

Grow and Glow is a female only peer support space offering connection, understanding, and space to talk without judgement.

Mate, is this you?
Are you one of the 40% of men who, for one reason or another, isn't able to share the struggles they're going through?

How does that make you feel?

It doesn't matter why you can't talk to someone - what's important is that you carry that weight on your own when you don't have to.

Every Monday evening at Andys Man Club Caterham regular blokes like you meet to talk about their struggles - problems with relationships, work, divorce, bereavement, money, bullying, trauma, stress, loneliness, addiction, anxiety etc. etc. - anything that they feel is affecting their mental health and holding them back from living a happy and fulfilled life.

Everything is free and if you want to come but you're anxious about talking, that's fine, just come and listen. We understand.

We meet every Monday from 7-9pm (except Bank Holidays). Our doors open at 6.30pm so there's time to park up and grab a brew and a biscuit.

Our Guildford Grow and Glow group has grown to over 22 women each week, which is just incredible 🫶🏻

To make sure everyone has the chance to share and feel supported, we’ll now be splitting into two smaller circles within the same venue. This way the group stays welcoming and comfortable for all.

The venue remains the same (Guildford Fire Station), and we ask that you arrive just before 7pm ready for a prompt 7:00 start ✨

We can’t wait to see you on tonight!
