Today is International Women’s Day, and this year’s theme is Give To Gain.

Every week our Grow and Glow facilitators give their time to sit in a circle with other women.
To listen.
To support.
To remind each other that no one has to carry everything alone.

Sometimes the most powerful thing one woman can give another is simply the space to speak.

And when that happens, something shifts.

Not all of the incredible women who facilitate Grow and Glow are pictured here, but every single one of them plays a part in making this space possible.

And sometimes… they don’t actually have anywhere to put their own stuff.
