When we share what’s on our mind, we realise we’re not the only ones who feel that way. There is so much strength in being heard, understood, and supported.

That’s what Grow and Glow is all about, a space where women can talk openly, feel less alone, and grow together. 🫶🏻

These women give their Wednesdays so other women have somewhere to go.

Today is International Women’s Day, and this year’s theme is Give To Gain.

Every week our Grow and Glow facilitators give their time to sit in a circle with other women.
To listen.
To support.
To remind each other that no one has to carry everything alone.

Sometimes the most powerful thing one woman can give another is simply the space to speak.

And when that happens, something shifts.

Not all of the incredible women who facilitate Grow and Glow are pictured here, but every single one of them plays a part in making this space possible.

That’s what Give To Gain looks like at Grow and Glow.
