This Wednesday, I’m opening a sacred space for a Connection Gong Bath in the heart of beautiful Abinger Hammer — an evening devoted to reconnecting with self, body, and higher awareness.
The experience takes place in a serene, private studio, bathed in natural light, with expansive glass doors looking out into nature — inviting a sense of stillness and ease from the moment you arrive.
Expect:
🌿 A simple but powerful 7‑step guided meditation to connect with higher consciousness and receive guidance
🌿 A deeply immersive gong bath where sound becomes a bridge between mind, body, heart, and spirit — helping you attune to your own inner rhythm and a sense of unity beyond the self
🌿 Comfy air beds, pillows, and blankets provided for you so you can fully surrender
🌿 A bespoke herbal tea, lovingly curated by Lisa to ground and integrate your experience afterward
