Are you a passionate fitness trainer who loves the outdoors? Do you enjoy helping others achieve their fitness goals in a fun and supportive environment? If so, Evolve Bootcamps is looking for you!

RENT SPACE OR COVER CLASSES
Evolve Bootcamps is offering exciting opportunities for outdoor fitness trainers. Whether you want to rent space to train your own clients or cover classes, we have flexible options for you. We also welcome trainers who just want to cover occasional fitness classes.

FUN AND SOCIAL SESSIONS
At Evolve Bootcamps, we believe that fitness should be enjoyable. Our sessions are designed to be fun, social, relaxed and non-military style. We have a vibrant community of over 100 members who are enjoying their fitness journey with us.

AN AWESOME VENUE
Our Bootcamp location is based at a beautiful farm in Guildford. We provide a large variety of equipment to train our members to keep sessions varied and non-repetitive. Whether you prefer Bootcamp style workouts, or a rack, plates and bar, we have ample equipment and space to keep your clients motivated and loving their sessions.

REQUIREMENTS
To be a part of our team, trainers must be level-3 trained and capable of teaching both Bootcamp and HIIT sessions (Or Level 2 with relevant group fitness qualifications). We value professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.

At Evolve Bootcamps we encourage our members to share their NSV's as a measure of progress as much as possible, just like Sue has here.

NSV's (Non-scale victories) are improvements in health and well-being that aren't reflected on the scale. They focus on how you feel, how your body functions, and other positive changes that come with adopting healthier habits.

Some examples of NSVs include-

Increased energy levels: Feeling more energetic throughout the day, having more stamina for activities, and waking up feeling refreshed.

Improved sleep quality: Falling asleep faster, sleeping more soundly, and waking up less frequently during the night.

Better mood: Experiencing reduced stress, anxiety, or depression, and feeling more positive and optimistic.

Increased strength and endurance: Being able to lift heavier weights, run longer distances, or perform more reps in workouts.

Improved flexibility and range of motion: Being able to move more freely and easily, and experiencing less stiffness or soreness.

Better digestion: Experiencing fewer digestive issues like bloating, constipation, or heartburn.

Improved mental clarity and focus: Feeling more alert, focused, and able to concentrate better.

Reduced reliance on unhealthy coping mechanisms: Using healthier strategies to manage stress, anxiety, or negative emotions.

Improved body image and self-esteem: Feeling more confident and accepting of your body, and appreciating it for what it can do.

NSVs are important because they provide tangible evidence of progress and motivation to continue on your health journey, even when the scale isn't showing the desired results. They help you focus on the positive changes you're making and celebrate the many ways in which you're improving your overall well-being.

My Story

Hi, I’m Mark, I'm from Guildford and I run Evolve Body Transformation Bootcamps.

I’ve been in this business since 2001 and it’s taken me all around Europe on a cruise ship, as well as 5 amazing years in Dubai. It was the latter where I realised I loved exercising outdoors and that working out of a gym was no longer for me.

“Traditional Bootcamps didn't do it for me”...

I tried a few Bootcamp classes out and they all seemed very similar, my problem was I loved the exercises and group camaraderie of a traditional Bootcamp, but I absolutely loathed being shouted at and pushed until I felt sick by a camouflage-clad sadist who had little regard for technique! I mean, where’s the fun in that, right?
