I see reels on social media for callisthenics all the time and these guys and girls look in incredible shape
Equally I see tonnes of posts and follow a huge amount of PT’s who train in the gym with weights who are also in epic shape
So why would I choose one over the other?
Is it down to what the individual needs, does one type of training suit men more than women or visa versa.
As a therapist I am always looking at my clients management plan which includes the long term goals. These come down to lifestyle changes; strengthening, stretching, nutrition etc….
So please enlighten me.
