So this is my story, a little over 2 years ago I was approx 24 stone as seen in the last picture I've come a very long way losing 7 stone and gaining alot of muscle. I am now a fully qualified personal trainer and boxercise/boxing coach. Not only am I a good personal trainer from knowledge but I've been through the struggles of weight loss and muscle gain myself.
