It can feel scary walking into a room full of strangers. But every single woman there has felt that same fear at some point. And every single one will welcome you in.

You don’t have to explain yourself.
You don’t have to be okay.
You just have to arrive.

We’ll meet you right where you are.

Grow and Glow runs every Wednesday evening, 19:00–20:30, in:

📍Guildford (Fire Station, GU1 1DL)

It’s Wednesday, which means it’s Grow and Glow day!

Doors open from 6:45PM – come in, grab a drink and get comfy.
Session runs 7:00–8:30PM in Epsom, Guildford and Reigate.

If you’ve had a tough week, a good one, or somewhere in between — you’re always welcome just as you are.

Back at tonight for show — one foot in the rave, one hand sharing what Grow and Glow is all about 💖

Thank you to for having us back again. We’ve had some brilliant conversations in the foyer and loved connecting with so many women.

And as always, we’re also spreading the word about and because mental health doesn’t discriminate, and everyone deserves a space to talk.

It’s always so powerful seeing how much this resonates with people. If you spotted us tonight, it was lovely to meet you!

Something a little different at our Guildford group this week…

We’re welcoming the lovely Ruth for a gentle yoga session – suitable for all abilities, whether you’ve never tried yoga before or have been practising for years.

✨ “Ruth has been teaching wellbeing classes in and around Guildford for over 30 years. She endeavours in every class to make sure every participant enjoys benefit – physically, emotionally, and spiritually too – even if they don’t know it at the time! Her approach to yoga is physical and pragmatic, making it accessible to first-timers and long-term practitioners alike.”

If you’ve got a yoga mat, bring it along – and wear something comfy if you’d like to join in.

Doors open from 6:45 PM. No need to book – just come along if it feels right for you.

Welcome to Grow and Glow Guildford 💛

Grow and Glow is a free, female-only peer support group for women who need somewhere to show up exactly as they are – no masks, no pressure, and no need to have it all together.

We meet every Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. You can arrive from 6:45 PM, grab a cuppa, and settle in. Sessions follow a simple, welcoming structure and take place in a calm, supportive space where women listen to each other and feel seen.

📍 Location: Guildford Fire Station, Guildford, GU1 1DL
Limited parking is available at the front of the station. Additional parking is available next door at Barker and Stonehouse. The entrance is just past the fire station bays on the left-hand side.
