HAPPY NEW YEAR 2026!!! 🎉

I hope everyone had a wonderful and rejuvenating Christmas break and that you’re feeling refreshed and ready for the year ahead!

2025 was a great year for me - both in business and personally:

✨ My first FULL year of being self-employed, working for myself, and being my own boss (self-employed folk will understand the struggles 😅)
✨ Invested in an electric massage couch (and saving my low back... Straining my neck now instead lol)

✨ Did a few corporate massage gigs

💍 Married the best man ever Ben Mulligan 💚

💪🏼 Started going to the gym regularly, worked with a PT, and actually stuck to the plan! 😂

These may not sound like huge achievements but this past year wasn’t about achieving more and more. I consciously took a break from any CPD courses/further learning so I could integrate and embody everything I learned the year before...

My focus for 2026 is to bring something new into this little business of mine, and I’m excited to grow and evolve. Direction is still unknown. 😂

Thank you all for your continued support!!! It really means the world and allows me to do what I love every day. 🙏🏼

I am back from my silent meditation retreat at The Tree Relaxation Retreat!! 😌

I am feeling calm, well rested and very grateful for all the beautiful things I have in my life... And one of those things is this little business of mine and all of you lovely clients who continue to support me. 🤗
