❤️ IMPORTANT UPDATE! ... And a warning!

As many of you are already aware, I am getting married on 22nd of September and flying off on my honeymoon right after the wedding! 🌞
That means I will not be working from 18th of September to 19th October!

TMJ massage is one of my absolute favourite treatments to both give (and receive). 💆‍♀️
It’s deeply relaxing, helps release tension, and often leaves you with noticeably more movement in your jaw.

When I had my first TMJ massage, my face felt so relaxed for two weeks! And that is a long time for a clencher like myself. 😂

Decided to do some cupping to ease off some tension on my forehead... It felt so good I left it on for too long. 🤣

Fun fact: One of the reasons behind tension headaches is your Tempeoralis muscle. The best way to release it is to massage with your fingers. 😝

There are some times when I need to have Kali in the room with me during treatments as she doesn't do that well on her own (some might say she's a spoiled lass but there's more to her story ☺️). Anyway most of the time you don't even notice she's there unless she starts snoring away. 🤣
