I’ll never forget where I was on 9/11.
I was in Accra in Ghana working as cabin crew for British Airways, lying by the pool reading Harry Potter, when the captain came outside and told us what was happening.
I spent the rest of the day glued to the TV in shock. I didn’t have children at the time and I got home safely the next day.
Now instead of helping passengers I help people who feel their world has shrunk because of reflux, food intolerances, food sensitivities and gut health — guiding them from food restriction to food freedom.
Where were you on that day?

Do you feel like no matter what you eat, the reflux still comes back — even though you’re on medication like Omeprazole or Lansoprazole?

That’s exactly where many of my clients start — frustrated, exhausted, and wondering if things will ever change.

One person I spoke to recently asked me: “Can you cure me?”
I can’t claim to cure you. But here’s what I know to be true…

Many of my clients see life-changing results — some in as little as a few weeks.

Like Darran - After years of relying on Lansoprazole and still suffering with horrendous tummy pain every night, he finally found relief. Within a few weeks his pain had significantly decreased and within a few months of working together (and alongside his doctor), he came off his PPI medication and was pain free. And now, even if a flare-up happens, he knows exactly what to do — without pills.

If reflux is controlling your life, read more about how I can help. Get answers to your questions, tell me what you’re struggling with.

Think water is safe for reflux? Think again.

Even after cutting out tea, coffee and alcohol, why are you still experiencing burning or a sour taste with every sip of water? It makes no sense!? You thought water was good for you? What's going on?

This is called water brash — when acid rises from your stomach and mixes with saliva, causing that unpleasant sensation.

Here’s the important part: triggers are highly personal. What sets off your reflux (like water) might be completely different from someone else’s. That’s why a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work.

If you’re tired of guessing and want a personalised plan to manage your reflux effectively, book a Reflux Relief Call today.

Imagine coughing every few minutes, every single day, for 8 years… and then finally finding relief.

Mini golf looks easy, right? Just hit the ball into the hole. But if you’ve ever played, you know it’s actually full of hidden obstacles, tricky angles, and moments where you think, Why is this so hard for something that looks so simple?

That’s exactly what dealing with reflux is like. From the outside, it seems straightforward — just take the medication or just avoid certain foods. But for my client, it was 8 YEARS of trying, coughing every single day, and feeling like nothing worked.

Her cough dominated her life — every conversation, every meeting, every meal. She felt self-conscious and often had to leave the room when she started coughing, and it was taking a toll both personally and professionally.

When we started working together 4 months ago, she was still on PPI medication and worried that this was just how life would be. Step by step, with my support (and her doctor’s consent), she was able to come off her PPIs and put strategies in place that supported her reflux.

This week, in our latest session, she only coughed once. She told me friends and family had started noticing the difference too. After 8 years of constant disruption, she’s finally getting her life back.
If you’ve been battling acid reflux, silent reflux, bile acid reflux or rebound reflux, whether you’re on PPIs or not, you don’t have to keep struggling.

Not everyone who books a call with me is the right fit — and that’s a good thing.

Yesterday, I spoke with someone who needed help, but not with reflux. I knew I wasn’t the best person to support her, so I told her honestly and referred her on to a colleague who was the right fit.

She thanked me for my honesty and told me how grateful she was and how other people would have just taken her money regardless.

And that’s important, because when you’re struggling with your health, you need to know you’re in the right hands.

If you have reflux — then you are exactly who I help.

Maybe you’re on PPIs.
Maybe you’ve tried to stop and felt worse.
Maybe you’re exhausted from the endless cycle of symptoms, medication, and fear around food.

That’s where I come in. My role is to help you uncover your triggers, support you with realistic changes that fit your life, and give you the confidence that you can feel better.

If reflux is holding you back from living the life you want to, let’s talk.

The very medication you’ve been told will help your reflux… might actually be making your digestion worse.

That’s not scaremongering — it’s what a leading pharmacist, Debbie Grayson, recently warned in the Daily Mail. Millions of people are prescribed PPIs (like Omeprazole or Lansoprazole) for reflux. But long-term, these drugs can harm your digestion, drain your nutrient levels, and trap you in a cycle of rebound reflux.

And yet… you were probably only given 5 minutes with your GP before being handed that prescription. No discussion about why your reflux is happening. No plan for how to come off the medication safely.

I hear this story every week from clients: still in pain, still anxious about what to eat, still stuck.

The truth? Medication has its place. But it’s not the whole answer.
I know because I was trained by Debbie Grayson in how to support clients with reflux — and I help my clients get clarity on their triggers, repair their gut, and reclaim food freedom.

If you’re on PPIs (or scared to come off them), read the Daily Mail article — and then book a free Reflux Relief Call with me.

Because you deserve more than a prescription. You deserve a plan that actually works and the right support to help you implement that plan.

Medication taken by millions of Britons to relieve heartburn and acid reflux can have a harmful impact on digestion in the long term, a top pharmacist has warned.

If you’ve been stuck on a restrictive reflux diet for months — or even years — this is for you.

I see so many clients living on a tiny list of “safe” foods. Afraid to add anything back in. Afraid of flare-ups. Afraid of making things worse.

My mission is to help you find FOOD FREEDOM — to add as many foods back into your diet as possible so you can learn to love food again.

Over-restriction can backfire. It can lead to nutrient deficiencies, poor gut health, and make you feel trapped around food.

Yes, diets like low FODMAP or low histamine can be helpful… but only short-term and only with proper guidance. Without support, they’re hard to follow and even harder to integrate into your real life — especially when your days are already busy.

You need to know you’re following the right diet for you — and you need the right qualified support to help you make it work without it taking over your life.

If you’re ready to stop surviving on restriction and start building a healthy, balanced relationship with food again, let’s talk. Book a call today to find out what support would be right for you.

If cutting out more foods was the answer to reflux, you’d be symptom-free by now.

If you’re like many people I work with, grabbing something quick and easy—like those Starbucks egg bites—feels risky.

You want to eat without triggering reflux, but every option seems like a gamble.

Maybe you’ve cut out coffee, spicy foods, or bread, but now you’re worried about whether that simple snack or quick breakfast will cause a flare-up. The fear of eating out can be exhausting—and isolating.

Reflux isn’t JUST about avoiding certain foods. It’s about understanding your body’s unique triggers and how digestion works.

When you don’t have a clear strategy, even the simplest meal can feel like a minefield.

You don’t have to live in fear of eating outside your kitchen.

If things have been difficult for a while and you've been going around in circles isn't it time something changed?

"If fixing acid reflux was as simple as changing your diet, Google would’ve cured you by now."

You’ve ditched the trigger foods.
You’ve done everything the internet told you to do.

So why are you still suffering?

Because acid reflux isn’t just a food issue — it’s a lifestyle issue.

- It's your stress levels.
- It’s how fast you eat,
- It's how late you eat
- It's eating lunch on the run every day...
- It's using ready meals rather than taking the time to cook your food and enjoy the smell whilst it's cooking.

What you need isn’t more advice or another meal plan — it’s a strategy that fits your life, and someone to walk it with you.

Someone who can help you turn the chaos into calm.

Someone who helps you create simple changes that actually sticks.

That’s where I come in.

If you’re tired of managing symptoms alone, let’s talk.

The digestive system and stress: no one ever explained this to you.

You’ve been told it’s about food.
You’ve been told to avoid triggers.
You’ve been handed antacids, PPIs and lots of advice from friends and family.

But here’s what you probably haven’t been told:

Your digestive system is directly affected by stress — even the kind you’ve been living with for so long, it feels normal.

When your body is under constant pressure — emotionally or physically — digestion slows down. When you're stressed, the brain diverts your blood supply away from the gut and towards your muscles like your heart so they can pump faster so you can run away from the threat you are facing.

This is how symptoms like reflux, heartburn, bloating and pain can show up — even if you think you’re doing everything “right.”

I’ve written a blog to explain exactly what’s happening when stress disrupts digestion — and why this connection matters more than most people realise.

“I was still waking up in pain — even after years on Lansoprazole.”

This is what one of my clients shared when they first reached out to me.

They’d been on PPI medication for years, but the symptoms hadn’t gone away — and the night time stomach pain had only gotten worse.

Out of frustration, they searched for answers online… and found me.

👉 Together, we worked step-by-step — at their pace — to uncover the real triggers behind their discomfort.
👉 We worked with their doctor to begin reducing their PPI use safely.
👉 We focused on simple strategies, and practical flare-up support that didn’t rely on more medication.

And after just a few months?

They were off Lansoprazole — and the pain had stopped.

The truth is, medication alone doesn't fix reflux.
However, that’s not a failure — it’s an invitation to look deeper.

Have you been on a PPI for years but still feel stuck in a cycle of symptoms?

I’d love to hear your story — feel free to comment or send me a message.
