✨ Relaxing Sound and Yoga sessions coming soon in the stunning surroundings of Kirkleatham Walled Garden ✨

This summer join me to beat the Sunday Scaries with blissful relaxation and invest in your self care with some Yoga Nidra and a Sound Bath.

Take an hour to yourself and unwind. Sessions will be timed towards Golden Hour/early evening on a Sunday. A perfect way to wrap up the week

She’s a beauty ✨☯️✨

A little gift to myself for qualifying as a Sound Therapist. Sound Baths coming soon…

I’ve been so so busy with business plans and have so much to tell you all. I’ll post an update tomorrow about my future plans.

In the meantime I’m looking to add to my venue list. I’ve got some beautiful places I’d like to play already but looking to add to these.

If you have an idea of somewhere special (with space for yogis and ideally good acoustics) please let me know ☺️💜

Good evening everyone,

I‘ve been exceptionally quiet over here at Nurture Yoga HQ. I’ve spoken to lots of you and there’s been other people I haven’t been able to catch. I just wanted to say I’m taking a little pause from teaching classes in the short term.

2023 has been crazy in the best way. I‘ve begun training as a counsellor; which as a journey I’ve fallen head over heels in love with. I’m finishing off my sound bath training in a matter of days. AND we’re having some major renovations on the house which I’ll be project managing 👩🏼‍🏫 😅

After my little pause - classes will look different going forward. I want to move more into a monthly workshop business model and offer sound therapy as part of this.

My big idea which will take a couple of years to achieve is to combine yoga and counselling into a holistic private practice. Though I’ll need time to figure out how this will all look, feel and to qualify!

That’s a wrap for this half term 💜

We enjoyed some gorgeous Valentines themed sessions this week and learned back massage.

A whole weeks worth of gummy smiles ☺️

All about sleep 💤 this week. I loved receiving all your feedback about babies sleeping all afternoon- taking extra long naps 👼🏼

When I say I’m value for money I really mean it 💜 It feels wonderful knowing mums and dads can have a little rest for a couple of hours straight after class 💜

Oh how I love it when I get messages on an afternoon that babies and still asleep ☺️ Makes the class seem extra ✨magical✨ Check in comments to see little Emily nearly drifting off right in the middle of class.
