I am proud to announce my first workshop:
•HOW TO REST•
✨️ If you want to relax, but still can't switch off, this is for you
✨️ If you feel stuck in a cycle of anxiety and flight or fight, this is for you
✨️ If you can't remember the last time you did an activity (watching tv/reading/playing with the kids etc) without picking up your phone and doom scrolling, this is for you
✨️ If the idea of doing... nothing... makes you feel anxious or stressed, this is for you
✨️ If you keep your days jam packed and believe laying on the sofa on your day off is lazy, this is for you
✨️ If you are making changes towards your relationship with rest and want a nourishing, safe and peaceful afternoon, this is for you
This is something I am deeply passionate about and I am leading from the heart with lived experience.
Join me for 2.5 hours while we discuss 'How To Rest' in a way which makes it feel achievable. The workshop includes Restorative Yoga which is suitable for everybody (including beginners and pregnant ladies) and finishes with Yoga Nidra (if you can breathe, you can do it).
I truly believe rest will change our lives.
