Our CyberFirst Defenders Programme is open for bookings! 🎉


🙌On our CyberFirst Defenders course, you’ll learn about:
• Identifying the source and impact of common cyber security threats
• Defining and applying first-line cyber defences
• Constructing, configuring and securing a home network
• Taking steps to manage personal digital footprints🙌

This course is open nationally and is aimed at cadets aged 14-17, who have attended the CyberFirst Adventurers Programme. This is a recommendation and not mandatory.

On Saturday we also had our Commanding officer and a few cadets involved at a service of remembrance at the commonwealth graves in Eaton ⚓️

Wow — what a truly remarkable parade. Our cadets turned out in strength and did themselves proud, showing incredible dedication, respect, and teamwork. The support from the people of Guisborough was inspiring, with such an amazing turnout lining the streets to pay tribute.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us to honour those who have served and sacrificed. Today, we stood together as a community — united in remembrance.

We even caught up with an old cadet who’s currently serving on HMS Duncan. Nice to see you Dan!

We will remember them. 🌺

We’re out for our final day of poppy selling! Tomorrow these guys will be out on parade in Guisborough. Give them a smile and a huge cheer when you see them, they work hard for months practicing and ironing their uniforms. 🚶🏻🚶🏻

Boating this weekend -

Thanks again to Hartlepool unit for kindly hosting us this coming weekend.

We are scheduled to boat at H/Pool on Sunday the 17th - 10:00 AM - 15:00 PM

Can you please comment to express your interest in attending so that H/Pool staff can ensure they can facilitate a boating plan for the day based on estimate numbers?
