Wonderful events on this week at the All Year Round The Flower Patch CIC

Another busy week on the Patch, tomorrow is our volunteer session. Lots of seasonal pottering to do, Wednesday our Women's Wellbeing Walk-Talk-Grow is a gentle Hemlington Lake Circular.
Meet at the Patch 10am TS5 7YN including a cuppa at The Cart House Lakeside cafe.
We have a Near Neighbours session on Friday with Luna Natura which is a closed session, we will be back next week with more nature Journaling and Summer Eco-Arts for you to sign up for.

Another gorgeous wellbeing walk this morning at 🌻💚

We leisurely walked through the wild land, chatting about plants, life, and how nature can help heal us. We took some time to breathe and ground ourselves, before taking a stroll through the most beautiful established orchard 🍎🍏

After a cuppa we gathered under the Oak trees to do our nature journaling. The ladies found this practice really relaxing, and helped give their minds a break from their worries. Nature journaling and being outside in nature is so beneficial for your health, physically and mentally 🫶

If you're feeling stressed, anxious, in need of some light exercise, or maybe just some social time with others: We have spaces on next Fridays walk, which will be at Stainton Quarry.

Today has been a very rewarding and beautiful day.
✨🫶🏼✨
I was honoured to lead a nature journaling wellbeing walk for a gorgeous group of women who desperately needed some nature healing and connection. Women who have had to flee from abusive situations at home and are bravely moving forward with help from an amazing charity.

Today's activity was a gentle walk around the wild space surrounding the Flower Patch, where we chatted about various medicinal plants, breathed in the floral scents hanging in the air, and took some time to connect to earth and breathe 🌬️ 🌍

We headed back to the patch to do some nature journaling in the stunning wellbeing garden that Nicky and her team of fabulous volunteers have created. The perfect spot for journaling, sharing stories and a nice cuppa.

Well we survived the Solstice heat of the weekend ☀️😆
I have added some new flowers to the Ostara Tea. Dog Rose and Mountain Cornflower petals 💙 ♥️

As we reach the height of Summer, with high energy and light, we celebrate the beauty and bounty Mother Earth offers us. The sun, illuminating and warming, at it's peak giving us the longest day of the year. We can reflect on what we have achieved since our seeds of intention in the Spring.

The perfect day for magick, cleansing and energising under the solar light. Pop your crystals out, open your windows, anything you would like to bring positive energy to, put that in the sun too.

Journaling and practicing gratitude, celebrating and connecting with your loved ones. Whatever you do today I hope you have a beautiful day ✨💕

Hello magickal followers✨
I have been a busy bee with gorgeous wellbeing walks and Moon Circle, and planning for Luna Natura. I am really loving the warm weather and lighter nights.

I have a new Witchy Crafts needle felting workshop coming up on 2nd August at New INGK Guisborough. We will be making a Bumble Bee🐝 its going to be so fun!

Next month's Womens Moon Circle will be held at Charltons Community Hall on 11th July 🌕✨
