Calories don’t need to be counted with Slimming World because Food Optimising does it for you. 🥔🍅 Free Foods can be enjoyed in unlimited amounts to fill you up,
🥛🥪 Healthy Extras provide a good balance of nutrients alongside Free Foods and Syns are those foods that are the least filling and higher in calories and can still be enjoyed in moderation 🍫🍺.
