I have an exciting new venture beginning in January, where I will be treating on a Friday at the fantastic Clarence House. Take a Pilates class, get a massage and buy some amazing freshly baked bread all under one roof!

Remember to put yourself first once in a while!

Massage can really make a difference as part of your wellness journey! I see lots of people regularly and they all say they know when they’ve left it too long between massages!
