Happy midwinter blessings to all . I wanted to introduce everyone to a new and beautiful piece of art in my therapy room . I love it . It’s by a local artist, and lovely friend, laure bury ( https://laurebury.com/) , it’s full of light and colour, butterflies and hummingbirds . Butterflies carry the essence of transformation and hummingbirds gathering sweet nectar of healing . It fills the room with calm and beauty and really inspires my work .
How apt that as we get nearer the shortest day , when we’ve experienced so much rain , mud and short days to remember that very soon our days get longer and the light returns .

Happy Summer Solstice, everyone. We're now most definitely in the most summery of summer weather. May we soak up the suns energy and shine bright. Get outside when you can, jump in the ocean or the river, wander across the moors, meander through the cooler forest . Enjoy
