You may, or not know, I had a birthday recently. One of my most beautiful presents was this. This sprouting heart, designed by my very talented partner Marcus Veysey, is now going to be my logo. Those of you who come for massages may have noticed it, drawn on a slate by the window.
The inspiration was mine, the actualisation his.
I believe massage, gentle yet deep body work, actually helps all levels , body, mind , heart and soul. We can be locked up with past stresses and tensions and as the body releases and relaxes , the heart feels safe to expand and grow. It is easier to love ourselves if we take steps to look after ourselves and massage is a great step towards that. If we can love ourselves, look after our bodies, respect our boundaries, nourish ourselves we have more capacity to share love. Then everyone benefits.
So the heart logo represents just that, a heart expansion, a safety to share love to ourselves and to the world. I would also say this is for me too, my massage is very heart centred, helping myself and you to allow our hearts equal space as our heads. I'm doing something I love and I know this does filter through into my massages . You will be seeing my logo around a lot . I just thought I would give it some words too ######x
