It is hard for us to jump into the future without the fear of past trauma haunting us. As long as we have learned the lessons of the past, we need to drop our attachments to fearing showing our vulnerability. Vulnerability is also a key to being more genuine and honest.

If we are breathing, this is life winning. We overlook that simple truth in search for something more. A little conflict is good. It is where we rub up against the edges of the boxes we are confined to. This is the expansion desire. The only issue is, it encourages us to ignore the peace desire, and we become easily addicted to growth without boundaries.
