Dietary Tips: The Three Habit Challenge 🥩

On Monday we looked at the first of our Three Habits to follow, as recommended by our resident dietitian Gina Giebner

Today we'll be examining the second habit to follow: Prioritise Protein!

Most of us consume enough protein, but for some these needs increase for muscle gain, recovery, and optimal health. Additionally, a lot of this protein is sourced from fatty meats and unprocessed snack foods. We aim not only to optimise your protein intake but also the quality of it!

On Saturday we'll be posting the final habit of the Three Habit Challenge: Eat Mindfully.

Keep an eye out for our future posts and dietary tips!
