Interesting work by Johann Hari: ‘I kept learning that, in very different ways, we have become disconnected from things we really need, and this deep disconnection is driving this epidemic of depression and anxiety all around us’.

Counselling is a powerful way of reconnecting with our unique needs and how to satisfy them. Through counselling, we turn towards the pain (depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, etc.) in order to understand and transform it. Our emotions have a wealth of information for us.

Our Story

I passionately believe in making counselling available for everyone. I volunteer as a counsellor for PF counselling in Edinburgh, working with adults of all ages. In my private practice, I work face to face with adults at Cockenzie Business Centre in East Lothian and from Bruntsfield Chiropractic Clinic in Edinburgh. I am a specialist telephone counsellor and have also recently begun offering counselling via ‘VSee’ which is a secure, free to download video conferencing software similar to ‘Skype’. Accessing professional counselling from your own home is now highly feasible!
