Whatever has happened is done.

Whether your clean up operation starts on the 1st, 2nd or 4th, stop making it all or nothing. Eating doesnโ€™t have to be that way. Make it about balance.

When I say balance, I donโ€™t just mean food. Tackle those excess and unwanted KGโ€™s with a holistic approach, so think about going back to the basics...

โœจSleep (7-8 hours)
โœจWater (minimum 2.25 litres)
โœจMovement (if not already exercising then start of with 15 mins of walking a day and build up)
โœจStress (what can you do to manage it and reduce it)
โœจSunlight (are you getting outside enough?)

Take it one meal at a time, focusing on the foods that make you feel good and that youโ€™re not still wearing the next day.

Today, on , we shine a spotlight on Daniel Edwards, who has not only transformed his health but also his life. From struggling with self-esteem and weight since adolescence to losing an incredible 32.1 kilos with the help of The 1:1 Diet, Danielโ€™s story is one of resilience and determination.

His journey began when his wifeโ€™s success on the Plan motivated him to take control of his health. And while the pandemic brought its challengesโ€”leading to weight gain and lost progressโ€”Daniel found the strength to start again. With the support of his Consultant Elizabeth, he embraced the Plan again, and nailed it!

Now, as a father of two, Daniel is stoked to have the ability to run, play, and be present for his children. His story is a reminder that prioritising health isnโ€™t just about looking goodโ€”itโ€™s about creating a future full of cherished moments with those we love most. ๐Ÿงก
