Join Colette (.bycolette) and Sophie (.withsoph) for a feel-good Galentine’s yoga event designed to move, nourish and reconnect with yourself and your girls.

Expect two beautiful yoga flows, breathwork, a self-love meditation, guided journaling, sweet treats and thoughtfully curated goodie bags.

Put your best foot forward this January, 4 things to do before the end of the month✨

1. 30 minutes of movement every day
• This could be going for a walk, a run, a pilates or yoga class, the gym

• Whatever movement feels good for you

2. Nourish your body
• Eat to fuel your body, not to restrict it

• We need good food to fuel our bodies through everyday life, to be the strongest version of ourselves

3. 5 minutes of mindset work daily
• Take 5 minutes everyday to do something that benefits your mental wellbeing

• This could be journaling, writing intentions for the week, making a to do list, or drawing

4. An act of self-care at least once every day
•Do something that will benefit you long term

•This could be reading, learning a new skill or craft, a skincare evening
