This is the kind of course I wish someone had offered me years ago.
Not a meditation course about 'doing it perfectly' or trying to empty your mind - but something practical, grounding, and supportive that helps you work with stress, overwhelm, and mental noise in real life.

So I’m opening a small 4-week meditation & breathwork course designed to help people come back to steadiness in a simple and sustainable way.

🌿 Foundations of Stillness is for anyone who:
• struggles to switch off
• feels overwhelmed or mentally busy
• wants tools for calm, focus, and emotional balance
• has tried meditation before but found it difficult to sustain

Across 4 weeks, I’ll guide you through:
• simple breathwork practices to regulate the nervous system
• meditation techniques to work with distraction gently
• ways to calm mental chatter and improve focus
• building a realistic practice that actually fits everyday life

This work isn’t about escaping life or becoming perfectly calm all the time.
It’s about learning how to meet yourself with a little more steadiness, awareness, and kindness - especially during busy or difficult periods.

The course is beginner-friendly and held in a small supportive group.

This month, we’re exploring what it means to pause and rest in the space we’ve created. Not rushing to move forward, but allowing things to unfold in their own time. Through slow, supportive practices, we’ll explore stillness, presence, and the sense of possibility that can arise when we don’t try to force what comes next.

As the sky darkens with the New Moon, we are invited to pause, soften, and simply be - a moment to turn inward, rest, and connect with the potential of what is yet to come.

Join me for a nourishing evening of ceremonial cacao, meditation, mindful movement, breathwork and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra. A gentle space to listen to yourself, cultivate awareness and nurture the subtle stirrings of possibility within.
Through a heart-centred cacao ritual, guided meditation, slow, mindful yoga and breathwork, you’ll be supported to settle into stillness, calm the nervous system, and release tension - inviting a sense of balance and ease.
A deeply restorative New Moon Yoga Nidra will offer a safe, held space for full rest, integration, and renewal.
Leave feeling calm, supported, and gently open to what’s unfolding.

Thank you so much to everyone who joined me for our Spring Equinox gathering last night 🌿✨

It was such a special evening of slowing down, reconnecting and welcoming in the new season together. The energy in the room felt so calm, open and supportive - it really meant a lot to share that space with you all 🤍

From our cacao ritual and intention setting through to gentle movement, breathwork and deep rest, there was a real sense of soft unfolding throughout the evening.
