Thank you so much to everyone who joined me for our Spring Equinox gathering last night 🌿✨

It was such a special evening of slowing down, reconnecting and welcoming in the new season together. The energy in the room felt so calm, open and supportive - it really meant a lot to share that space with you all 🤍

From our cacao ritual and intention setting through to gentle movement, breathwork and deep rest, there was a real sense of soft unfolding throughout the evening.

Living with chronic pain for much of my life, I know the value of gentle movement and how healing Yoga Nidra can be. For a few years, I’ve been guiding students through this class, offering a safe, nurturing space to:

It’s a class that comes from love, understanding and real experience - designed to leave you feeling calm, supported and restored.

Teaching multiple styles of yoga has shown me how many students are looking for a gentler, supported, and accessible practice - so I’ve designed this 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 just for you.

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀: Wednesday 4th March 2026
𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲: 11:30am - 12:30pm
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Hadfield Hall

This class is perfect if you:
• Find getting up and down from the floor challenging
• Have knee, hip, or mobility issues
• Are recovering from injury or managing ongoing pain
• Are completely new to yoga

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁:
Using a chair for support, we’ll explore gentle, safe movements to:
• Improve joint mobility and flexibility
• Gently strengthen muscles
• Support balance and posture
• Ease stiffness in knees, hips, back, and shoulders
No floor work, no rushing - just steady, mindful movement with plenty of guidance and encouragement. Finish feeling relaxed and supported.

💖Last night’s Heart Expansion & Self-Love: Cacao, Yoga & Yoga Nidra was such a beautiful space to hold.💖
An evening of slowing down.
Softening.
Breathing.
Remembering the warmth already within the heart.

We began with a gentle cacao ritual, moved through nourishing breath and heart-centred movement, and settled into deep rest with Yoga Nidra. The space felt warm, open-hearted and deeply connected.

Thank you to everyone who came. I hope you’re carrying a little extra love with you today.

🐷💗𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲’𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆!💗🐷

This Saturday I’ll be visiting Pigs in the Wood, a wonderful sanctuary in Scissett that rescues pigs and other animals from abuse and neglect. They get to roam freely in woodland, cared for by volunteers every day.
Yoga isn’t just the poses on the mat, it’s how we move through the world 🤍
✨ Ahimsa = compassion, non-harming
✨ Seva = selfless service, helping without expectation

If you’d like to join me in spreading a little love, the sanctuary is always grateful for shop-bought fresh produce & hay donations (nothing from kitchens, no meat, dairy, or processed foods -DEFRA rules).

🥕 Carrots

🌶 Peppers
🍅 Tomatoes
🥬 Spinach & leafy greens (not cabbage)
🍎 Apples & other fruit (less is more)

🌾 Grass hay (apparently always superb!)

📍 Thursday 7:30–8pm (Hadfield Hall, upstairs after candlelit yoga)
📍 Saturday morning 7:30-8am & 9:30-9:45am (Hadfield Hall, downstairs before/after Rise & Shine Yoga)
*If those times don’t work, I’m also happy to arrange other drop off times, or I can collect from Hadfield/Glossop area.
