You asked for more classes….so here they are! I am so excited to announce that starting in April I am adding 2 more classes to the schedule 🎉

𝕊𝕖𝕣𝕖𝕟𝕖 𝕊𝕦𝕟𝕕𝕒𝕪 𝔽𝕝𝕠𝕨 begins 6th April, every Sunday 9-10am in Hadfield Hall. Blending both Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga styles you will be guided through asanas, pranayama (breath work), meditation techniques and relaxation.

𝔾𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕝𝕖 𝕐𝕠𝕘𝕒 𝔽𝕝𝕠𝕨 begins 8th April, every Tuesday 6-7pm in Whitfield Community Centre, Glossop. This gentle and slower paced vinyasa style yoga class links breath and movement. You will find the time and space in each pose to fully experience each posture and enjoy the peace and calm in both the body and the mind. Each class includes asanas, as well as breath work and relaxation.

A little bit of yoga whilst hiking the Rob Roy Way! After hiking 22 miles one day my legs were certainly feeling it - particularly in the hips and calves. A few gentle asanas along the trail always help me get back on my way and prevent injuries caused by tight muscles. I strongly urge you to give it a try when out on a long walk!

💖 Happy Valentine's Day! 💖 We have been been stepping away from the consumerism aspect of Valentines Day in classes this week and focusing on celebrating love in all forms, with a special importance on self-love. It is so important to love yourself, any quirks or imperfections you feel you may have - embrace them all and love every part of you. Make the time to do something lovely for yourself today; go for a walk, eat your favourite food, have a bubble bath, make time to practice yoga and include some backbends in there to open your heart space…whatever it is, do something that makes you happy! Then spread this warmth and love outwards to those around you, the world needs more love.🫶🏻

🕯️ Candlelit Yoga - 6:30pm Every Thursday at Hadfield Hall🕯️

Enveloped in a cocoon of cozy candlelight, we will share a calming yoga practice to help you unwind and find a quiet rhythm within your body and mind.
This slow flowing class includes asanas that help provide increased flexibility and freedom of movement, whilst focusing on moving with awareness. As yoga isn’t just about the poses, this class dedicates time for soothing and balancing Pranayama (breathwork), meditations, chanting & a deep relaxation practice known as Yoga Nidra to enhance your overall wellbeing.

Ideal for beginners as well as more advanced students wishing to slow things down and enjoy the peace and calm in both the body and the mind.
