I’m thrilled to introduce Yin Yoga to my weekly timetable – a practice rooted in stillness, surrender and inner awareness.

When: Tuesdays from 17th February
Time: 5:30 – 6:30pm
Where: Hadfield Hall

Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice where poses are held for longer, allowing both your body and nervous system to soften and settle. This style promotes gentle, long-term flexibility while encouraging deep rest and inner calm.

No previous experience is needed – this class is accessible and beginner-friendly.

Between Christmas and New Year can feel like a quiet in-between space.
If you’ve been thinking about starting yoga but felt unsure, overwhelmed, or worried you wouldn’t “fit”, I’m running a 4-week Beginners Yoga Course starting Sunday 11th January (6–7pm) at Hadfield Hall.
This course is for people who are: – completely new to yoga – returning after a long break - wanting to learn the basics in a calm, friendly, and supportive environment
We’ll move gently, learn simple poses and breathing, and take everything at a steady pace - with plenty of options so you can work with your own body and energy.
You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or confident - just curious.

Christmas feels like a pause in the year - a moment to soften, breathe and come back to what matters.
I just wanted to say thank you to every person who has stepped onto a mat with me this year, whether regularly or just once. Teaching yoga and meditation isn’t just my work - it’s something I feel deeply grateful to do and the sense of community that has grown around these classes truly means the world to me.
I hope today brings you moments of warmth, connection, rest or quiet - whatever it is that you need.

✨Winter Solstice - Candlelight, Cacao & Deep Rest✨
Last night we gathered beneath the longest night of the year - wrapped in blankets, cradled by candlelight and held in stillness.
We shared heart-opening ceremonial cacao, moved gently to release the year that’s been and settled into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to honour the return of the light 🌙🕯️
It felt like a true pause, a soft exhale amid the festive rush. A reminder that rest is not something we earn, but something we need.
Thank you to every soul who joined me and helped create such a calm, nourishing and quietly powerful space.
I left feeling deeply grateful - and already inspired for what’s to come.
