This is the kind of course I wish someone had offered me years ago.
Not a meditation course about 'doing it perfectly' or trying to empty your mind - but something practical, grounding, and supportive that helps you work with stress, overwhelm, and mental noise in real life.
So I’m opening a small 4-week meditation & breathwork course designed to help people come back to steadiness in a simple and sustainable way.
🌿 Foundations of Stillness is for anyone who:
• struggles to switch off
• feels overwhelmed or mentally busy
• wants tools for calm, focus, and emotional balance
• has tried meditation before but found it difficult to sustain
Across 4 weeks, I’ll guide you through:
• simple breathwork practices to regulate the nervous system
• meditation techniques to work with distraction gently
• ways to calm mental chatter and improve focus
• building a realistic practice that actually fits everyday life
This work isn’t about escaping life or becoming perfectly calm all the time.
It’s about learning how to meet yourself with a little more steadiness, awareness, and kindness - especially during busy or difficult periods.
The course is beginner-friendly and held in a small supportive group.
