                                            SYN FREE CHICKEN CHOW MEIN by

I love a Chinese and always make this chicken chow mein to satisfy the takeaway cravings. We eat them at least once every couple of weeks. Why not, it’s such an easy meal to make and we never get bored of it.
This plate is HUGE, packed full of SPEED and absolutely ZERO SYNS 🙌🙌🙌
In a bowl put 4tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 inch square crushed ginger, 4 cloves of garlic, 1/2 pot of  Chinese Chicken Chow Mein, mix together then set half aside.
With the other half of the pot add 1 tbsp mixed herbs, 3 tbsp of fat free yoghurt and marinade with 3 cubed chicken b***s for 4 hours in the fridge.
Spray the chicken with frylight then pop in the air fryer on 185 for 20 mins or 190 in the oven for 30 mins turning once.
In a wok fry off a large bag of stir fry( I like the easy option and just buy the family pack from Aldi then add in beansprouts and waterchestnuts).
Add 200ml of boiling water to the remaining chow mein mixture, pour into the wok and cook for 5 mins.
Finally stir in 2 portions of cooked egg noodles then I always add more soy sauce but each to their own 👍
