Iโm looking at adding a Monday 5.15โ5.45pm fitness class for girls aged 14โ18 and wanted to check interest first.
It would be:
โข supportive, confidence-building movement
โข strength, fitness & coordination (no pressure, no judgement)
โข small group, friendly vibe
โข suitable for beginners or girls who donโt love traditional sport
