Today Iโ€™m celebrating a little milestone at BossBody โ€” and I want to give something back. ๐Ÿ‘Š

Ever since I qualified as a coach, Iโ€™ve been committed to helping midlife women feel strong, confident and pain-free again.
Itโ€™s so common to struggle with aches/knee pain and low confidence โ€” and I want to help.
