Just a note to advise that we have suffered a family bereavement and so must close the spa for 2 weeks. Hopefully we have reached out to everyone who has made a booking with us during this time.

Thanks to all of our regular customers who have filled our order book since we re-opened on 13th April, we are blown away by your continued support after this latest lockdown.

The best way to secure a booking with us is either to use the Widget on FB, or our website, which gives a real time update on availability - weekends fill very quickly so probably a good idea to book a few days in advance. Alternatively give us a call on 01702 747251 and we will take the booking manually.

We are proud to say we have been voted as Top Rated on Treatwell for 4 years running now and that is scored on customer feedback alone.

We aim to give exceptional customer service so why not come along and give us a try!

We have been open since July 13th and what was the new normal then, is now just Business as Usual. Our fantastic customers have all just got on with it and accepted we have had to make a few changes to manage the COVID situation and judging by the feedback we are getting, (check out our Treatwell page), not only are you enjoying the treatments but you feel comfortable and safe. This is great news for us and a big thank you to everyone for supporting us through these weird times.
Mums and Dads don’t forget we are doing a 10% off deal if you book an appointment before 11am, (ideal for a bit of me time after dropping the kids off, now they are back at school), and we are also promoting our couples massage with a 10% discount all day Sunday. Hope to see you soon!

Just to confirm we have been open since 13th July and thank you to all of our regular customers and new customers who have visited over the past two weeks.

We are now very comfortable with the ‘new normal’ processes and having reviewed our feedback we know that you are also.

All the staff have taken and passed a course on COVID awareness and certificates are on display at reception.

As you would expect we are limiting numbers of people in the salon at one time, we are requesting everyone observes social distancing measures and we have floor markings to support this. On arrival you will be greeted at reception by a member of staff who will be wearing a face mask. You will be requested to sanitise your hands and if you don’t already have a mask then you will be offered one. You will be asked to complete a very simple form asking for minimal information, but enough to pass to authorities should track and trace be necessary.

You will be taken to a treatment room which has been thoroughly sanitised with fresh linen and bedding, (by the way this has always been the case since before lockdown!)

When your massage is completed we have allowed additional time between treatments to allow you recover, dress, gather all your belongings and vacate the room so we can begin the sanitisation process in good time for the next customer.

We really appreciate your co-operation and these two weeks have shown us that we can still keep our customers very happy and yet all do our bit to ensure we beat this thing

COVID-19 Update

To all our customers hope you are staying safe and well.
We remain closed until the government tells us it is safe to reopen.

We have had a number of enquiries about gift vouchers which are reaching their expiry dates. To reassure everyone any voucher purchased from 1st September 2019 will have the expiry date extended until 31st December 2020. Many thanks and best wishes Ann x

Time to start thinking about how to make Valentine’s Day special?
Flowers are a lovely gift even if the price of roses goes up tenfold....
A nice romantic meal is even better but don’t you find the staff are rushed off their feet and the menu is limited at this time of year?
Our couples massage is proving a very popular choice. Thursday is the big day and we recommend to book soon our couples room and relax together. Sunday is nearly fully booked but we still have availability Thursday - Saturday. Hope to see you then.

Thanks to everyone for the great feedback since I have taken over. It shows me we have maintained the very high standards that have been set since Zen was first opened.

The weather seems to be on the turn after the wonderful summer sun so when you come next you will note that we have cranked up the heating so all the rooms are snug and cosy.
I need you to be comfortable and relaxed before your treatment so be sure to tell me if you need any adjustment in the temperature.
