There was a time when this was just an idea.

A conversation.
A risk.
A quiet belief that we could build something better for the people who walk through our doors every day.

From one clinic… to two… to three…
And now, somehow, a fourth.

But this was never about numbers.

It’s about the patient who walked in unsure, and left believing in their body again.
It’s about the conversations that go deeper than pain.
It’s about showing people they’re not broken, they’re just misunderstood.
It’s about every early morning, every late night, every challenge that tried to test whether this vision was really worth it.

It was.

This fourth clinic isn’t just another location.
It’s a symbol of trust.
Of growth.
Of a team that refused to do things the “normal” way and instead chose to do things the right way.

To everyone who has supported us, trusted us, recommended us, believed in us!

Thank you!!!

You’re the reason this exists.

New doors. Same mission.
Let’s keep raising the standard.

Tuesday Reminder!

Today’s Reminder!

23/03/2026

Hamstring Injury.

We started with a full assessment: strength testing, movement analysis, and specific hamstring load tests to pinpoint exactly what was being irritated.

Then we used ultrasound to get a clear look at the tendon and guide our decisions.

From there, we built a targeted rehab plan.

Assess. Understand. Rebuild.

Sam injured…again 🙄

Even physios get injured.
Assess. Treat. Move.
Simple done well.

18/03/2026

We assess. We diagnose. We scan. We rehab.
We listen, we adapt, we problem-solve.

We learn every day. We teach every day
Bodies don’t follow scripts… and neither do we

Different people. Different problems. Same mission.
Never a boring day 😂💪

The Life of a Physio.. 😂😂😂

09/03/2026

We recently had an incredible session with the amazing Paul Harradine diving deep into the world of feet.

We explored how and why they get injured, and how foot mechanics can influence injuries further up the chain. It was a brilliant reminder that sometimes the smallest structures can have the biggest impact.

The highlight was getting hands-on and creating our own personal orthotics, putting the theory straight into practice.

And of course, there’s always a bit of entertainment involved… walking down the run while your colleagues watch and judge your “catwalk technique.”

Who’s got the best runway walk? We’ll let the debate continue.

We’re incredibly lucky to be in a position where experts with such depth of knowledge are willing to come down and share their expertise with our team. It means we can keep learning, keep improving, and ultimately provide the very best care for our community.

Sorry I have plans… the plans 👣

Today we spent the day with Paul from diving into something that often gets overlooked in rehab and performance… the feet.

We talked through how much influence the feet have on the rest of the body and how small biomechanical adjustments can make a big difference for our patients.

From improving movement to reducing pain, it’s a reminder that sometimes the simplest foundations matter the most.

Always good learning from specialists and bringing that knowledge straight back into the clinic.

The team’s getting stuck into training ahead of Paul’s from session next week, diving into everything feet and orthotics🦶🏼

Plenty of hands-on practice and new tools being added to the toolkit! 👍👏

What have I learnt?

1. Most runners will do anything to avoid being told to rest.
2. Increasing mileage is fine. Increasing mileage, speed, hills, and frequency at the same time is not.
3. Strength training is what builds the capacity to handle the miles.
4. Load is part of the solution. But sleep, nutrition, and recovery matter just as much.
5. Runners don’t just want to be pain-free.
They want to run faster, further, and without second-guessing every step.
