We meet every Monday at 4pm, 5.30pm & 7pm* - new, returning & visiting members are always welcome! *On Bank Holidays, our group also opens with a morning session. If you fancy coming along, there's no need to book a place; feel free to pop down for the start time of any session. Amanda x

When your Slimming World Christmas party calls for full commitment… you turn up as Frosty the Snowman 😂☃️

Last night was all about fun, games, laughs, brilliant prizes and SO much food! 🙌
Loads of delicious Free Food & low syn (which will very soon be SWIP 😍) nibbles - proving yet again that weight loss doesn’t mean missing out – even at Christmas!

We tried a recipe from the brand NEW 15 Minute Heroes recipe book and decided to time it properly 👀

We made the Chicken & Squash Pilaf and it was quick, simple and absolutely delicious - perfect for busy days when you still want proper food, not compromises.
