Starting a new year often makes us think about what really matters and for many people that includes finding work that feels meaningful.

Being a Care Professional is one of those rare jobs that gives back to you as much as you give to others. You learn new skills, grow in confidence and go home knowing you have genuinely brightened someone’s day.

Sometimes it is the simplest things that make the biggest difference, like a good chat, a listening ear or helping someone keep a familiar routine.

If you are looking for a role that feels right for you and brings purpose as well as joy, this could be the start of something special.

Apply online at link.applytocare.com/fbps or call our recruiter on 01562 548835 to learn more about being a Care Professional in Stourbridge, Hagley and Halesowen.

💚 At Home Instead, care is personal.

We believe it’s about relationships, not routines. That’s why we take time to understand each person – their needs, preferences and personality – before creating a care plan that adapts as life changes.

From friendly companionship and help at home, to specialist dementia support and clinical services, our Care Professionals are trained to provide care that is as unique as the people they support.

To us, it’s personal

We are excited to be awarded “Outstanding” by the Care Quality Commission. Owner Lorna said “Only 3% of care companies have achieved this award so we are incredibly proud of the every CAREGiver and the whole office team.” The Report recognises our “Commitment to making a difference to people’s lives” whether that is helping with house work, personal care, dementia care, hobbies or helping people to get out and about. Its not just about the basic needs - it is how we can help people with what they want - to live their own way, independently at home. Here, owners Lorna and Peter with Care Manager Jenna share the good news with two of our lovely clients.
