TEAR TROUGH (under eye filler)

Throwing it back to these fantastic results.

Patients own before and after with make up on.

My lovely patient expressed even with make up she felt like she had dark circles under her eyes that she was really self conscious of, to the point she would wear make up to cover them up when she wasn’t even leaving the house.

When stepping into the world of aesthetics treatments you need to have a thorough understanding of exactly what it is you need (or don’t need) and why.

This is why I take time for a thorough medical history and consent to ensure we are making the correct treatment plan for you as an individual.

POLYNUCLEOTIDES

What are they?

Polynucleotides are natural components derived from fish DNA, typically salmon or trout, that are used to rejuvenate the skin. Working as bio-stimulators, they encourage collagen and elastin production and stimulate cell turnover. These effects result in a healthy and visibly improved epidermis.

It’s been a little while since I’ve done one of these and have gained some new followers recently so, here goes...

I’m Emily, a Registered Nurse Prescriber of 16 years, an Aesthetics Educator and Expert Aesthetics Practitioner.

What does EMF stand for?

EMF is actually the initials of my maiden name, Foley, which I decided to hold on to for the business after we got married, EMW just didn’t have the right ring to it and I had already built up a client base knowing me as EMF, so I stuck with it.

I was a ward Sister on Oncology for 11 years and following the birth of our first son I knew I wouldn’t be able to go back to work full time at the hospital. I wanted to set myself a new challenge and venture...which is where (following a huge nudge from my husband) started!

I completed my beginners course in 2016 and have continued to increase my skills and expand my treatment list and knowledge resulting in my Expert Aesthetics Practitioner status in 2020. I am a trained Mentor and Educator and successfully opened an Aesthetics Academy in 2024.

My goal was always to have my own space & in July 2021 I picked up the keys to my own little shop in Hagley and following a full renovation, in September 21 I opened the doors to ‘EMF Clinic’. I’ll forever be proud of this space.

Whilst pregnant in 2022 I completed my prescribing course, this was my toughest challenge to date. I finished the course in June and our little girl arrived in the July. I now support people on their V300 prescribing course and prescribe for other practitioners locally.

For almost 10 years I have worked with people who are feeling a bit insecure about certain aspects of their face, people recovering from accidents that are wanting their scars made less noticeable, cancer survivors who want a pick me up and people who just want a bit of a tweak.

I have a lovely client base and am so grateful for everyone that books in with me for treatments and care.

So that’s me, nearly 10 years, lots of courses & 3 children later!!
