What is included in the 12 week Living to Thriving Program?
Basically, it's a 12 week roadmap for great health, delivered through daily habits that will increase energy, drop body fat and build health.
It's all delivered through my own app, Healthier Happier Humans, and it takes the guesswork out of every step of your journey.
It's perfect if you have at least 12-20lb that you want to lose, if you have tried other fad diets, calorie counting, etc and you now want something realistic that can help you lose weight and keep it off, while learning the “how?” and “why?”.
It’s perfect if you’re someone who wants to keep the exercise and activity side of things as simple and efficient as possible, you want maximum results from a minimum effective dose, and you don’t want to live in the gym (we’ve got home workouts or gym workouts to help you get great results).
Each day, you'll be given 1 or 2 simple actionable tasks like "log today's breakfast in the food diary" or "enter your starting measurements in results tracking". Each week builds on the last and we gain momentum as we go, improving the quality of the food you eat, understanding what it takes to construct a healthy diet that works for you, increasing daily activity and adding workouts along the way too. Through the app you would also have access to 100s of recipes, 100s of workouts, meal plans, tools for logging workouts, food intake, your weight, measurements and much, much more.
On top of all that, you have unlimited support through our private group.
I don't sell fads, supplements, meal replacements, etc. Instead, I work with behaviours and habit change to help people look, feel and function great. I work to help people change for life. I'm a qualified and insured Personal Trainer, Nutritional Therapist and GP Referral Instructor.
