We’re proud to announce that Challenge Packaging has made it to the final of the Innovation Awards 2025 at London Packaging Week

A huge well done to our talented design team, our lead designer Ben Turton, and our brilliant partners at Alexir Partnership Packaging for bringing this vision to life.

The project? Last year’s Lindt & Sprüngli Christmas Advent Calendar was (unofficially) the world’s largest chocolate Advent calendar. Not only was it a triumph in packaging design, but it was also a huge hit with customers over the festive season. 🍫🎄

We’re feeling that vibe!

The 25th of July, we hosted our annual Challenge Packaging Sunshine Sevens Charity Golf Day at one of Sussex’s most prestigious golf courses Birch Grove based in the heart of Sussex, and what a day it was!
We’re thrilled to share that we’ve already smashed the £30K fundraising target, and donations are still rolling in! A huge well done to Garry Gordon, the team and to everyone else who helped make this another successful and memorable event.
72 keen golfers took on the course before heading to East Grinstead Rugby Club for an evening of food, drinks, and a lively charity auction. We were blown away by everyone’s generosity and support

Case study spotlight: Need Coffee 📦
When Need Coffee launched its new brand, it needed more than just packaging; it needed a partner who understood the start-up journey. That’s where Challenge Packaging came in.

From day one, we worked closely with founders Natalie and Jack to guide them through the entire process, from materials and sizing to design and prototyping. They had tight deadlines and an even tighter budget. But we delivered a cost-effective, fully bespoke packaging solution that didn’t compromise on quality or brand impact.

We created a clever custom box design that could hold either one or two branded coffee bags, offering both flexibility and savings. On-site prototyping meant we moved fast, a pleasant surprise for the Need Coffee team, and our local presence allowed for close collaboration and quick turnaround.

As they put it, “Challenge Packaging has been efficient, creative, and tailored their services to meet our needs… an absolute pleasure to work with.”
