We are proud to congratulate Graham Smith who has been on the Challenge Success train for 30 years!

Graham started his journey when we had a branch in Rochester and managed a small team to fly the Challenge flag in the Kent and East London areas. When we consolidated to our Supersite, without hesitation, he travelled from Kent to our main factory site every single day and has continued to do so to this day.

His knowledge of the industry, Professionalism, mixed with his humour and passion for the job has made him popular, not only with his colleagues but his customers that love him and trust him. He now moves into his 31st year with us and continues to be a credit to the business, never too busy to jump in and help others in all departments and use his knowledge to put the customer first without compromising the business.
