Two Call-Outs. One Day. Zero Downtime.

Morning: Tail Lift Fault in the City
An early delivery run halted outside a busy high street store.
The tail lift had failed, stopping the drop completely.
We were on scene quickly, diagnosed the fault, and got it working — deliveries resumed with minimal delay.

Evening: Locked Cab at the Depot
Later that same day, a driver at a distribution hub locked himself out of his vehicle just before shift change.
We gained access fast, with no damage, and the vehicle was back in use within minutes.

One having a full EATS analysis to diagnose/repair a poor addblue quality fault.
