Hi everyone...We have sadly decided to sell our 14ft yurt, the small one, which was originally made by Chris at the Yurtshop in Battle, one of the original yurtmakers in this country. The superbly crafted frame, the trellis and the ribs and crown are made from English ash and the relatively new canvas from high quality polycotton. It was built in 2010 and I have used it for sharing Shiatsu, the holistic Japanese bodywork therapy at numerous festivals over the years including Glastonbury, Elderflower Fields and Nova Festivals. In 2014 she found a permanent home at The Well Being Centre on Glynleigh Farm.

The price for the frame, the canvas covering and wooden door and frame is £3250.
The canvas is polycotton, cleaned and proofed yearly, and was last done last month.
We commisioned a new cover in 2021 and was made by Will from Hearthworks based in Glastonbury. This was built on site and took almost a week to make. The canvas, if properly cared for and outside in a good location can last up to 10 years or more.....
The Ash frame, trellis, crown and ribs were made in 2010 and last forever!
The Pine door was built 3 months ago and the door frame in 2010.

The beautiful floor is made of T & G Bordeaux Pine with a single skin, on 2 by 4 joists and costs £900. Newly built on site the floor would cost around £3000. We believe it can be moved to its new home in one piece.....

|There is also a tailored heavy duty PVC cover for yurt on the move and to cover pine floor when yurt is away and costs £75

The Morso Squirrel Woodburner, Pipework/ Flue/ Hearth costs £200
The collar for pipe work is incl in yurt cost...

The TOTAL PRICE including all of the above is £4425...
