Sussex Oakleaf Young Adults Service YAS is a place for young adults who experience mental health issues.

This service provides a safe and supportive space for those aged between 16 and 25 (ish) with mental health needs. The service offers members the chance to socialise with others with similar difficulties in their own age group and the opportunity to access information and activities in order to improve their life prospects and mental and physical wellbeing.
