Self-healing is an innate ability. Consider how a small cut in your finger heals without help. The blood clots, the skin heals, and the cut repairs itself.
But sometimes a cut needs a bit of help. It might require stitches to help the skin to heal. It might need more time for the healing to take place.
We cannot see the structure beneath the skin, but the principle is the same. Muscles can self-heal, and they mostly do. A good workout can make muscles ache but this resolves itself. But, sometimes, like a badly cut finger, the damage is beyond the body's innate healing ability and a bit of extra help is required.
This is what Body Stress Release does. It provides the extra support your body needs to self-heal.
