It will be an important week to start off your new year.

What ever you did in between christmas and new year doesn't count, its what you do between new year and next christmas that counts. Any attendance this week can collect all these!

1. Collect your new book.
2. Committ to a 6wk or 12wk countdown with new recipe book.
3. Purchase a magazine full of inspiration
4. Take some leaflets to post and burn some calories.
5. Pick up a poster to pop in your car.
6. Pick up an Icelands store leaflet to get 10% off all your shopping, so you are stocked up with especially plenty of speed food xx
