My recent two-track single 'Himalayan Dreams' featuring the relaxing sounds of four of my antique Himalayan singing bowls: two 'Naga' pedestal bowls, a Dolpo ta***ic bowl, and a Mani bowl.

These four bowls span between a B3 and a D #5, ideal for quietening the mind monkeys and entering a dream state. The Mani bowl produces the highest fundamenatl of the four.

Track 2 'Ujjayi' combines the sounds of these bowls with a field recording I made of the Mediterranean Sea

Many of my sound bath clients have said how relaxing they find the sounds of my deep-sounding modern Himalayan singing bowls, and so I recorded three of these bowls in this two-track single 'Earth Grounding':

1. Earth Grounding (03'30")
2. Return to earth (02'54")

Both tracks feature the sounds of my 81Hz (E2) 12-inch singing bowl (shown in the back centre in the artwork), my 125Hz (B2) 11.25-inch singing bowl (front left in the artwork), and my 129Hz (C3) 9.5-inch singing bowl (front right in the artwork).

This single release is called 'Air and Earth' and features the sounds of five modern Himalayan singing bowls and one old Ultabati bowl, as shown in the artwork.

The release is comprised of two tracks [with track durations shown in square brackets]:

2. Earth and Water [03'45"]

'Air and Earth' combines the sound of the six bowls with the sound of the dawn chorus I recorded at home in Hale, Altrincham.

'Earth and Water' combines the sound of the six bowls with the sounds of the mediterranean Sea, which I recorded last June in the south of France.

My next singing bowl composition "Communing with Water Spirits" releases this Friday (9th May)!

I recorded this track playing the 7 Jambati singing bowls and 1 pedestal Naga bowl shown in the artwork. The sounds of these bowls are then combined with the sounds of a local stream I recorded by the River Bollin in Hale, Altrincham.
