My sound baths feature the sounds of Himalayan singing bowls (including a mixture of antique and modern bowls), ocean drum, chau gong, Koshi wind chimes, plus numerous shakers, rattles and other sacred sound instruments.

I always vary the setup I take to each session, so every sound bath is different. The photographs below show the setup from one of my recent morning sound baths at The Jubilee Community Centre.

There's only one week to go until my next singing bowl recordings release for streaming and download! 🥣 🎵 🧘🏻‍♂️ 🧙🏻‍♂️

This single release is called 'Air and Earth' and features the sounds of five modern Himalayan singing bowls and one old Ultabati bowl, as shown in the artwork.

The release is comprised of two tracks [with track durations shown in square brackets]:

1. Air and Earth [02'45"]
2. Earth and Water [03'45"]

'Air and Earth' combines the sound of the six bowls with the sound of the dawn chorus I recorded at home in Hale, Altrincham.

'Earth and Water' combines the sound of the six bowls with the sounds of the mediterranean Sea, which I recorded last June in the south of France.

My next singing bowl composition "Communing with Water Spirits" releases this Friday (9th May)!

I recorded this track playing the 7 Jambati singing bowls and 1 pedestal Naga bowl shown in the artwork. The sounds of these bowls are then combined with the sounds of a local stream I recorded by the River Bollin in Hale, Altrincham.
