DAILY FLUCTUATIONS IN BODY COMPOSITION πŸ§˜πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ’¦πŸ€―

Hey we all have those days, we feel we are putting in the work, doing everything we should but not where we want to be? β €

1. BREATHE- reset, refocus and get out your journal, bullet point your day, foods consumed, stress levels, cycle etc.
β €
2. MOVEMENT - Get outside and walk, move and get those endorphins flowing.

3. MEDITATION - This technique generally solves most stressors and indecisive moments. If we can bring down our stress levels we can lower our inflammation levels. Check out my you tube channel and episode on Meditation: Holliephilippa β €

4. HYDRATION - Stay hydrated...Personally I aim to drink at least 2.5/3 litres of pure filtered water a day πŸ’¦
