Hey we all have those days, we feel we are putting in the work, doing everything we should but not where we want to be? โ €

1. BREATHE- reset, refocus and get out your journal, bullet point your day, foods consumed, stress levels, cycle etc.

2. MOVEMENT - Get outside and walk, move and get those endorphins flowing.

3. MEDITATION - This technique generally solves most stressors and indecisive moments. If we can bring down our stress levels we can lower our inflammation levels. Check out my you tube channel and episode on Meditation: Holliephilippa โ €

4. HYDRATION - Stay hydrated...Personally I aim to drink at least 2.5/3 litres of pure filtered water a day ๐Ÿ’ฆ

Sometimes you have to slowdown to acknowledge what truly matters in life and to me thatโ€™s health! Health is our greatest asset and something you canโ€™t necessarily โ€˜buyโ€™ back if you loose it so itโ€™s about investing in it each and everyday! Itโ€™s about truly sitting with your thoughts, your daily habits and FEEL what you truly need to change for the better and for the future you! All you have to do is startโ€ฆ that doesnโ€™t necessarily mean โ€˜smashingโ€™ the gym each and everyday it can mean taking a few days off to rest and get some nature walks in, it can mean choosing a meditation over a run, it can mean choosing sleep over a workout and it can mean switching a โ€˜burnoutโ€™ class for a slow steady strength training session for hormonal benefits. Now being 10 months postpartum I even feel like Iโ€™m in better shape that before pregnancy and that includes mentally! Having this experience under my belt allows me to add to the tools in my tool box to coach my clients and always coming back to my why โค๏ธ
