WONDERFUL WINTER YIN WORKSHOP with this Sunday 26th November from 2:30pm-4:30pm only £20pp

The winter is the most “yin” time of year. It’s a time when the natural world slows down. The darker, colder days make for wonderful opportunities to turn inward—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Yin yoga is a slow, grounding practice that helps to calm the nervous system and bring awareness to the body-mind connection.

Yin yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the fascia, ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that are not normally exercised very much and can help accelerate our ability to heal.

Well you lovely yogis, thank you so much for joining me in the 2 hour Yin session that reached those parts that other yogas can't 😉. A time for TLC and to recharge your Qi ready for the approach of spring. Also as we had such a a good turn out, I am making a donation to The Stroke Association in memory of my lovely father who a number of you also knew.

Wow how different was the world 12 months ago!! I dream of running another studio based Yin session.
In the meantime I am running an indulgent session online on Saturday 30th January.💜🧘🙏
