I am Linda Orrett, the business owner and main practitioner of Good Health IQ. As a qualified Naturopath, Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness teacher with over 15 years experience, I work with clients to help them improve their physical & mental health & well-being, naturally. With my passion for what I do, I also work with businesses to implement a range of corporate wellness initiatives designed to tackle the physical, mental health and stress-related problems faced by a growing number of today’s workforce.
Naturopathy, Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness are therapies that can address both physical and emotional health issues. When working with clients on a 1:1 basis I always seek to be thorough and to get to the root cause of any health concerns and focus on the underlying causes of an illness rather than just the symptoms. Once the underlying cause has been identified I am then able to make recommendations and support a client in changes that may be required in diet, lifestyle, stress and emotional issues.
In my role as Corporate Wellness Consultant I founded the company with the aim of helping businesses to overcome those absenteeism and staff retention issues that affect productivity and cost businesses money. I have a great team, a terrific service, and a big vision to help businesses easily and effectively implement a range of initiatives aimed at tackling the physical, mental health and stress-related problems faced by today’s workforce. Here are some of the ways in which I can help:
