InHale Yoga Studio, right in the centre of Hale Village, offers many, many yoga classes for all ages. Well respected local teachers offer a wide range of yoga classes from pregnancy and postnatal classes, teen yoga classes and hatha, ashtanga, vinyasa and iyengar yoga classes.

Gallbladder meridian. Beautifully dot-to-dots classic trigger points through those muscles that so readily ‘help out’ in times of high pressure (whether that’s useful physically or habitual in response to mental load). SCM, top of the traps, piriformis, ITB…

Spring is prime for Gallbladder (and Liver) attention or, as I often think of it, ‘marathon season’ is prime for Gallbladder attention ☺️🙏
