Looking for a job with real training and development opportunities?

We have opportunities for care staff to work flexible hours around family or other commitments, delivering care and support to our clients in their own homes in Telford.

Care duties will be varied dependant on client needs, but will include washing, dressing, administering medication, preparing meals and companionship.

Ideally applicants will have care experience as a paid carer or family carer, it is a mobile role working only in the core of Telford, we do not operate in outlying areas such as TF6, TF8 TF10, TF11 or TF12.

This enables us to keep travel time and distance between clients to a minimum.

All time spent travelling between clients is paid in full, and drivers mileage is paid at 45 pence per mile for the same.

Paid Induction and refresher training for personal professional development

Paid Shadowing in the field

We offer opportunities to undertake level 2 or 3 vocational qualifications in Health and Social Care

Choice of uniform style

All PPE provided and readily available.

Company Smartphone provided free of charge.

The role will require some evening and alternate weekend working

We can accommodate evening and / or weekend working only if that is preferred.

These are permanent positions, both full time and part time.

We are the Care Company is delighted to announce we are expanding we have been recently awarded tenders for the TF3 and TF4 areas of Telford. We are looking for Carers to work the following shifts:
7.00 a.m to 11.00 a.m daily
4.00 pm to 10.00 pm daily
Weekends 7.00 am to 10 pm Saturday and Sunday
We also have some waking nights which vary between 8.00 pm to 8.00 am the following morning (times may vary according to client needs).

Support workers are also required shifts can vary but are generally 7.00 am to 2.30 pm , 2.00 pm to 10 pm and waking nights.
